Functional Professional Expertise - Property Associate (PA) Programme
The Property Associate (PA) Programme provides programme participants the exposure to different aspects of property functions through job rotations in different departments in Hong Kong Property Business Unit. You will be involved in the full cycle of property development projects, including conducting market research and analysis for potential projects, assisting in the master planning, project management, and sales and marketing of property development projects. You will also take part in managing MTR’s property portfolio, including shopping malls and offices leasing and marketing, as well as property management of residential developments. The rotation programme may be tailored to suit PA’s academic background and prevailing business needs. You will handle project-based assignments under the mentorship of senior managers.
We are looking for:
Final year students or recent graduates in Business Administration / Housing Management / Hotel Management, or with a technical background in Surveying / Town Planning / Structural Engineering / E&M Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architectural Studies, who possess excellent academic achievements and the following qualities:
- high development potential
- good analytical and problem solving skills
- excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
