Part-time Customer Service Centre Assistant

Responsibilities
 •Work at Customer Service Centres for a range of duties, including handling ticketing matters and sale of souvenir tickets and products, providing money changing services and answering passengers’ enquiries, etc.
 •Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor, e.g. promotional activities

Requirements
 •Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent
 •Good command of spoken Cantonese and able to communicate in English, basic Putonghua is an advantage
 •Proactive and customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
 •Cashier or accounting related work experience is an advantage

Remarks
 •Hourly rate is $87 and free travel on MTR network will be provided during employment
 •Required to wear uniform
