Part-time Station Assistant

Responsibilities
 •Provide proactive customer services at station concourse and platform area including assisting passengers board or alight from trains, answering passengers’ enquiries and performing crowd control duties
 •Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor e.g. promotional activities

Requirements
 •Form 3 or equivalent with related customer service experience, or completion of HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
 •Good command of spoken Cantonese and able to communicate in English, basic Putonghua is an advantage
 •Proactive and customer-oriented mindset

Remarks
 •Hourly rate is $69 and free travel on MTR network will be provided during employment
 •Required to work for 2 hours per day and 5 days per week (Mondays to Fridays)
 •Required to wear uniform
