Station Officer

Responsibilities
•Perform station duties including station crowd control and platform supervision, station inspection and train service recovery
•Operate Customer Service Centres and handle matters in relation to the Automatic Fare Collection system
•Provide quality customer services in accordance with service targets and standards

Requirements
•Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language
•Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua or other languages is an advantage
•Customer-centric mindset with effective and empathetic communication skills

Remarks
•Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours with an estimated average monthly income of HK$21,500 (including the shift duty related allowance*, laundry allowance, 13th month pay and annual discretionary award)
•Reporting for duty during adverse weather will be eligible for related allowances
•The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
