Technician Apprentice Training Programme (4 years)

Entrance Requirements	• VTC Foundation Diploma (Level 3) - Engineering and have completed the Foundation Mathematics III module; or • VTC Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) in a relevant engineering discipline including Mechanical / Electronics and Computer / Electrical / Building Services / Civil Engineering and have completed the Mathematics 3E module; or • Level 2 or above in five HKDSE subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics; or • Equivalent qualifications
Training Duration	4 years
Programme Details	1. Induction courses (including railway safety rules and railway systems appreciation) - 4 weeks 2. Multi-skills technical training - 15 weeks 3. Rotational on-the-job training in engineering departments - 85 weeks 4. In-depth training in designated engineering departments - 104 weeks
