MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of Station Management System (SMS) equipment in Tsing Yi Operations Control Centre (OCC), Tsuen Wan Line (TWL) and Island Line (ISL).
New servers and workstations for hyper converged infrastructure, cubicle, network equipment and the associated cables and software shall be provided in OCC and selected stations in TWL and ISL for interfacing with the existing SMS for operation under the new signalling system.
The scope of the Works includes the design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training, documentation and rectification of defects during the Defects Liability Period for the new SMS equipment.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in November 2018 and tenders will be invited in February 2019.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 14 December 2018 via the MTR Corporation Limited's E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 21 December 2018.
