MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract C7250.A-17E: Provision of Digital Advertising Panels in MTR Stations.
The Contractor shall supply and install LED Display Panels, LCD Panels and LED Wall Panels at station concourses and platforms of Airport Express Line, Kwun Tong Line, Island Line, South Island Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Tsuen Wan Line and Tung Chung Line. These digital panels will be connected to media players to be provided under another contract.
The scope of the Works under this Contract includes
1) provision of 132 108-inch LED Display Panels, 18 65-inch LCD Panels, and 2 over 200-inch LED Wall Panels;
2) provision of new power connection from designated power source to the equipment;
3) provision of video connections among the display panels to be provided under this Contract and the media players to be provided under another contract; and
4) warranty and maintenance services to the provided equipment.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in November 2017 and tenders will be invited in February 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties who having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 27 November 2017 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System.
