MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the replacement of the existing Public Address System in Light Rail.
The scope of the Works covers the design, supply, manufacture, delivery to site, installation, testing and commissioning, system cut-over, setting to work, documentation, training and repair of defects during the Defects Liability Period for the new Public Address System in Light Rail together with the decommissioning of the existing Public Address System.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in September 2018 and tenders will be invited in November 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 24 September 2018 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 5 October 2018.
