LCD for EAL, WRL & MOL In-Train TV System (Contract No.: K1572-15E)

The scope of the contract includes the supply of approximately 2,000 numbers of 19" or larger LCD panels with aspect ratio of 16:10 or 16:9 which will be installed in the existing In-Train TV System under another installation contract.

This is a re-advertisement of Contract K1572-15E on the supply of LCD due to the revision of LCD aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:10 or 16:9. Applicants who had previously submitted application for prequalification for the supply of LCD panels with aspect ratio of 4:3 for the existing In-Train TV System need not apply again. Their applications will be included in this prequalification process automatically.

The prequalification process for the tender will take place in September 2015 and tenders will be invited in October 2015.

In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having the relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 20 August 2015 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.

Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than noon (Hong Kong Time) on 26 August 2015.
