MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified companies to express interest to tender for provision of water treatment system for condensing water system at The Cullinan. The scope of works includes:-

 

Provision of Online Monitoring and Automatic Chemical Dosing Water Treatment System for Condensing Water System                                  

·     Installation of an online monitoring and automatic chemical dosing water treatment system of existing centralized air-conditioning fresh water condenser water system. The functions of the system include but are not limited to

a)        continuous detect and monitor chemical concentration

b)        determine and proactive respond to optimize condenser water quality

c)        identify abnormal conditions including corrosion, scale and fouling

d)        provide feedback, records and report through the new system

 

Provision of Non-chemical Water Treatment System for Condensing Water System                                  

·     Installation of non-chemical water treatment system on centralized air-conditioning fresh water condensing system as a supplementary enhancement to existing chemical treatment system. The function of the system aims at utilizing non-chemical water quality system to affect suspended particles or ions in condenser water to prevent formation of scale in pipes.

 

The prequalification process for the tender will take place in September 2018 and tenders will be invited in 4th quarter 2018.

4.    Proven local and oversea job reference of Water Treatment services in HVAC system since 2008 (contract award date) with details on the following:

-    Design, installation & maintenance of HVAC water treatment system

-    Water quality monitoring services in HVAC system

-    Design, installation & maintenance of online monitoring chemical dosing water treatment system / non-chemical water treatment system

5.   Quality Management Policy System

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certification (if any)

6.   Company safety policy and safety management plan, if any.
