MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract Q044763: Elevated Road along LOHAS Park Road and the Pedestrian Footbridge FB1.
The scope of Works under this Contract include the roadworks, prestressed concrete work, drainage, irrigation, street lighting, soft and hard landscaping works and finishes for the construction of a 250m long single two lanes elevated road for two ways and the associated pedestrian footbridge.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in January 2016 and tenders will be invited in March 2016.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties who are the Registered General Building Contractors and having relevant resources, qualifications and experience in piling, prestressed concrete and bearings works for Highway Structures are requested to express their interest on or before 8 January 2016 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00 pm (Hong Kong Time) on 22 January 2016.
