MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified consultants to express their interest in tendering for Consultancy Agreement Q058397 : Retail Planning Consultancy for Retail Centre of Wong Chuk Hang Station Property Development.
The proposed retail centre partly integrated with Wong Chuk Hang Depot will have 4 floors of retail shops, F&B outlets, carparking spaces, integrated entrances with Wong Chuk Hang Station, open space at Ground Level and covered pedestrian walkway. The gross floor area is about 47,000m2.
The consultant team shall be led by an architectural consultant and supported by structural engineers and E&M engineers. The scope of services shall include the following:-
(a) To review the retail scheme provided by the Corporation and prepare the conceptual layout options;
(b) To propose the critical structural arrangements and optimum M&E systems; and
(c) To develop a final scheme for the proposed retail centre.
Preparation and submission of the final scheme to the Buildings Department and fire engineering report for evacuation strategy will be an option under the Consultancy. Quantity surveying, theming, landscape and interior design services for the proposed retail centre are not required in the Consultancy.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in November 2017 and tenders will be invited in December 2017.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 22 November 2017 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
