MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified companies to express their interest in tendering for the Provision of Creative Agency Services for Souvenir Ticket Promotion.

 

The scope of services include :

 

  • Strategic advice and consultation

  • Theme and creative development

  • Design and artwork production for publicity

  • Premium suggestion, design and production monitoring

　

In order to be considered for prequalification, interested companies having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest and submit information for prequalification for the services on or before 18 December 2017, and write to:–

 

MTR Corporation Limited, 20/F, MTR Headquarters Building, Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Attention: Ms Cora Keung, Purchasing Manager – Property & Marketing, enclosing the following information in an envelope marked “Prequalification Submission for Provision of Creative Agency Services for Souvenir Ticket Promotion (Q059006)”.

 

  • Company credential and BR copy

  • Relevant past job reference for ticket and/or stamp design

  • List of major clients in last 3 years

 

The prequalification process for the tender will take place in December 2017 and only qualified companies will be invited to submit tender, tentatively in January 2018.

 

All companies responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited. All information submitted including personal data, shall be used by MTR Corporation Limited for the prequalification of tenderers for this Contract.

 

Companies shall not submit independent prequalification submission for the Contract if they intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another company, or if they are a partner of a joint venture established to tender for the Contract.

 

Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not submit prequalification for the same Contract, whether on their own or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister companies” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall determine which company will submit a prequalification.

 

MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to withdraw at any time from the process or any part thereof without giving prior notice. No financial or any other obligation will accrue to the Corporation in such an event.
