MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified suppliers to express their interest in tendering for the supply of train saloon seat cushion for 77 cars of Airport Express Line train.
The scope of works shall include supply, testing and delivery of the fabric seat cushion which shall meet the fire performance requirements of both BS6853:1999 Category 1a and EN45545:2013 HL3.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in March 2018 and tenders will be invited in June 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 28 March 2018 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 18 April 2018.
