Prequalification Invitation Design of Staff Uniform for MTR Corporation Limited Contract No.: Q059524
MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified suppliers to express their interest in tendering for the design of staff uniform for MTR Corporation Limited.
The scope of supply includes:
· Design consultancy service for staff uniform (mainly for customer facing staff of Operating & Intercity)
· Propose uniform fabric material
· Attend management meetings and staff consultation sessions upon request
· Project management and quality assurance service for prototype/ mass production of uniform
The prequalification assessment will take place in February 2018 and tenders will be invited in March 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest in writing and submit the following information to Ms Bassey Chan via fax no. (852) 2993 7775 or email to basseyc@mtr.com.hk, quoting the Ref. “Q059524”, on or before 12 February 2018:
a. Company profile, including:
- Management and Design Team Portfolio (Note: The design team shall consist of at least one team member who can communicate in Cantonese)
- Business Portfolio and Years of Establishment
b. Proven Job reference for design of uniform in the past five years:
- Name / Business Nature of Client
- Contact person (name, tel. & email)
- Photos of uniform
You should not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for this Contract independently if you intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another company who will apply for the prequalification, or if you are a partner of a joint venture established to seek prequalification for this Contract.
Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for the same Contract, whether on their own or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister companies” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall determine which company will apply for the prequalification.
