MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Contract Q061495: Fit Out Works of LOHAS Park Retail Centre.
The LOHAS Park development includes a retail centre of about 44,500m2. The developer of LOHAS Park Package 7 property development is responsible for the design and construction of the retail centre for the issuance of the Occupation Permit (OP) and will hand over to the MTR Corporation Limited for fit out works. The concrete structure and basic E&M provisions up to OP standard will be completed before the handover.
The scope of works under this Contract includes the general fit out works for the common area of retail centre including ceiling, wall and floor finishes along arcade and lift lobby, external and internal signage, E&M modification and installation works, A&A works which involve statutory submissions and inspections and on-site mock ups for counters and signage, etc. The supply and installation of electrical, fire services, plumbing and drainage, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, and audio and visual systems will be under nominated sub-contracts of this Contract.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in May 2018 and tenders will be invited in September 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties who have relevant resources, qualifications and experience in fitting out works of prestige projects are requested to express their interest on or before 11 May 2018 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
