MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for Provision of Maintenance Services for the following types of Corporate Vehicle:
Package 1: - Private Cars
Package 2: - Light Goods Vehicles
Package 3: - Medium Goods Vehicles, Private Buses
Scope of Services: - Regular Preventive Maintenance
- Re-checking and arrangement of Annual Inspection
Service for issue of Certificate of Road-worthiness
- Corrective Maintenance
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in early August 2018 and tenders will be invited in late August 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest, and submit the following documents by writing to:
MTR Corporation Limited, 20/F., MTR Headquarters Building, Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Attention: Ms Esther Wong, Purchasing Officer, quoting the Ref. “Q063053 – Provision of Maintenance Services for Corporate Vehicles”, or email to estherwg@mtr.com.hk, no later than 2:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 6 August 2018.
a. Indication of interested Package(s) 1 / 2 / 3 as stated above.
b. Company profile, years of company establishment with supporting documents and location of service centres.
c. Relevant job reference on corporate vehicles maintenance services for respective interested Package(s) in the past 5 years with details of the client, approximate contract value, service commencement date and completion date.
d. Detailed information on your management and service team:
· Structure of Management Team with C.V. indicating their working experience, qualification and relevant training.
· Structure of Service Team with C.V. indicating their working experience, qualification and relevant training.
e. Audited financial statement of the Parent Company for the past three years.
You should not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for this Contract independently if you intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another company who will apply for the prequalification, or if you are a partner of a joint venture established to seek prequalification for this Contract.
Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for the same Contract, whether on their own or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister companies” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall determine which company will apply for the prequalification.
Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited.
