MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified consultants to express their interest in tendering for Consultancy Agreement Q064937 : Retail Interior Design Consultancy for Wong Chuk Hang Station Package Three Property Development.
The Wong Chuk Hang Station Package Three Property Development (the Development), will include a retail centre of about 47,000m2. The Development was awarded to a wholly owned subsidiary of CK Assets Holding Ltd. in August 2018. The developer is responsible for the design and construction of the retail centre for the issuance of the Occupation Permit for handover, currently scheduled in third quarter of 2022, to the MTR Corporation Limited for fitting out works.
The scope of the consultancy shall include retail interior design services, with the associated structural, E&M engineering, lighting, signage, audio / visual design and quantity surveying services for the fitting out works. The services shall include optimization of the retail centre layout proposed by the developer, design development, preparation of the fitting-out tender documents and supervision of the fitting-out works.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in September 2018 and tenders will be invited in November 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 24 September 2018 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
