a)   Name of the clients, name of the estate (not less than 1500 flats private estates);

b)   Contract value, duration and scope of services e.g. clubhouse facility management on swimming pool, steam room, gymnasium, beauty services, children’s playing room and multi-purpose indoor game hall.

 

3.      Compliment Letters from the Owners Committee/Occupant and/or Building Manager (if any).

 

4.      Details of Management Team with C.V. and working experience of key members.

 

5.      Safety Manual, Safety Policy Statement, Quality Management System & Quality Management Manual, Environmental Management System with relevant certificates issued by recognized organizations.

 

6.      Declaration of litigation case in the past 3 years (if any).

 

7.      Audited statements for the latest 3 years.
