MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified suppliers to express their interest in tendering for the provision and implementation of a system for managing the site work of projects using cloud solution.
The scope of service includes:
· Installation and implementation of site works management cloud solution
· Software user license or subscription services
· Cloud computing services required for the operations of the system
· Optional maintenance services of the System
The tenderers prequalification will take place in mid-September 2018. Only qualified suppliers will be invited to submit tender, tentatively in October 2018.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested companies having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest in writing to Ms Iris Lam via fax no. (852) 2993 7775 or email to ikmlam@mtr.com.hk, quoting the Ref. “Q065071”, on or before 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 24 September 2018:
Upon receiving your expression of interest, a prequalification questionnaire will be sent to you. You are required to complete and return all the required information on or before 28 September 2018 for assessment.
You should not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for this Contract independently if you intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another company who will apply for the prequalification, or if you are a partner of a joint venture established to seek prequalification for this Contract.
Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for the same Contract, whether on their own or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister companies” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall determine which company will apply for the prequalification
Applicants responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited.
