MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified suppliers to express their interest in tendering for the following 3-Year Contracts:

-    Supply of standard sized and made-to-measure uniform items (including blazer, trousers, shirt, etc.) to customer facing staff

-    Delivery to MTR Stations, depots and other designated locations

-    Supply of standard uniform accessories (including backpack, name badge, pouch, etc.)

-    Delivery to MTR Stations, depots and other designated locations

 

The prequalification assessment will take place in January 2019 and only qualified company will be invited to submit tender, tentatively in February 2019.

 

In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest in writing and submit the following information for prequalification, on or before 19 January 2019, to Ms Bassey Chan via fax no.   1. List of relevant job references in the past 3 years with Hong Kong based customers having a labour force of not less than 500 staff.  Please give details of customer’s name, contact person & telephone and contract description for reference check.

  1. List of relevant job references in the past 3 years for the supply of uniform accessories to Hong Kong based customers. Please give details of customer’s name, contact person & telephone and contract description for reference check.

　

All companies responding to this advertisement are deemed to have complied with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in the collection and transfer of personal data to MTR Corporation Limited. All information submitted including personal data, shall be used by MTR Corporation Limited for the prequalification of tenderers for this Contract.

　

Companies shall not submit independent prequalification submission for the Contract if they intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another company, or if they are a partner of a joint venture established to tender for the Contract.

　

Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not submit prequalification for the same Contract, whether on their own or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister companies” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall determine which company will submit a prequalification.

　

MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to withdraw at any time from the process or any part thereof without giving prior notice. No financial or any other obligation will accrue to the Corporation in such an event.
