MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified suppliers to express their interest in tendering for the provision of dynamic route map system (DRM) on around 32 cars of passenger trains operated in Tung Chung Line (TCL). The works is to replace existing LED route map with a new dynamic route map to provide the operation broadcasts and dynamic route information onto a video display panel at each doorway in TCL trains.
The scope of the Works includes design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning as well as provision of defects liability period.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 21 February 2020 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 13 March 2020.
The qualified applicants will be invited to tender for the captioned Contract in Quarter 2 2020.
