The Hong Kong Section of the Express Rail Link (XRL) runs from West Kowloon, heading north to the Shenzhen/Hong Kong Boundary, where it connects with the Mainland Section.
To prepare for the operational readiness and revenue service of XRL, expressions of interest are hereby invited from suitably qualified contractors wishing to tender for Contract Q055025 for the provision of Station Customer Service Centres and Backend Accountancy at West Kowloon Station.
The Services comprise 2 phases. The first phase is for the pre-operation services from the date for commencement of the Services until the opening of XRL. The second phase will commence from the opening of XRL for a period of three years, with an option for extension for another three years.
The prequalification process for the tender will take place in October 2017 and tenders will be invited in December 2017.
In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 17 October 2017 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.
Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 30 October 2017.
