It is MTRˇ¦s top priority to provide a safe, reliable and comfortable railway service for our passengers. On a busy railway, carrying an average of a few million passengers a day, occasional accidental failures may seem inevitable. In the event of disruption to train services, speedy recovery and effective communication with passengers are both essential to minimise the inconvenience caused.
A series of five TV segments titled ˇ§Incident Handling at MTRˇ¨ will air from November 9. Programme host, Vince Ng, will explore with the audience how MTRˇ¦s staff respond rapidly to a disruption. (Programme in Chinese only)
