If you feel unwell on the train and need help, the quickest way is to alight at the next station and approach our staff for help.

Our Caring Ambassadors are available to help during peak hours on weekdays during 7:30 am íV 9:30 am and 5:30 pm íV 7:30 pm, from Monday to Friday, at the Caring Points below:

  2. Please be aware of the difference in temperatures indoors and outdoors.
  3. If you feel unwell whilst on a train, please find a seat, alight at the next station and approach our staff for help.
  4. If you see a passenger feeling unwell on a train, please offer your seat and help him or her seek assistance at the next station.
