If you feel unwell on train, the best way is to alight at the next station. Our station staff will be available to help you.

Our Caring Ambassadors are ready to help during the peak hours on weekdays 7:30 am íV 9:30 am and 5:30 pm íV 7:30 pm from Monday to Friday, at the Caring Points below:

  1. Remember to have breakfast, so you will have more energy to plan your busy day ahead.
  2. Please mind the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors.
  3. If you feel unwell while on board, please alight at the next station. Our station staff are available to help you.
  4. If you see a passenger feeling unwell on train, please offer your seat and help him or her to seek assistance at the next station.
