If you have lost or left behind any belongings in the MTR network (including Heavy Rail, Light Rail and MTR Bus) within previous 6 weeks, please click "Lost Property Registration" to report your lost property. After completion of online registration, you may click "Lost Property Handling Status" to check the status of lost property reported within 6 weeks.
MTR is partnering with SFHK to introduce a new Lost Property Delivery Service. Customers with their lost property verified by the MTR Lost Property Office can now enjoy the added convenience of having it delivered to their residential address, or pick up at over 1,000 self-operated network points across Hong Kong (including SF Store and SF Locker), under a "Pay by Receiver" arrangement.
If the lost item meets the service eligibility criteria, the MTR Lost Property Office will offer this delivery option when contacting the owner. Please note the following remarks for important service details.
1. This delivery service is only available for local addresses, and is not applicable to the following categories of lost properties:
2. A standard delivery fee is offered by SFHK for the MTR Lost Property Delivery Service. The maximum parcel size covered under the standard delivery fee is 70 × 40 × 32 cm (equivalent to SF Box F6), with a weight limit of 15 kg.
3. Delivery to local remote areas will be charged separately.
4. All delivery charges are subject to SFHK's final pricing.
5. MTR Lost Property Office reserves the right to determine whether a lost item is eligible for this delivery service.
