Lost Property

  • If you have lost or left behind any belongings in the MTR network (including Heavy Rail, Light Rail and MTR Bus) within previous 6 weeks, please click "Lost Property Registration" to report your lost property. After completion of online registration, you may click "Lost Property Handling Status" to check the status of lost property reported within 6 weeks.

    If you find a lost property item on the MTR premises, please leave it with the staff at the station where you exit or change trains.
