Tickets and Fares
(A) Read the information displaying on the Passenger Information Display at the MTR station gate.

(B) Go to the Octopus Enquiry machine in any MTR station and check the most recent transaction records such as the date, time, mode of transport/merchant, the deducted amount and remaining balance on the display.

(C) Ask the staff at any MTR Customer Service Centre for assistance.

(D) Through other channals provided by Octopus Cards Limited.
