Warmly welcomed by tourists, Airport Express Travel Passes are an ideal way to get around town. Enabling you to travel not only to / from the Airport, but also within the city, There's no easier or more hassle-free way to travel around Hong Kong!

We offer you two types of Airport Express Travel Pass:

• Travel Pass with 1 Airport Express Single Journey is available at all Airport Express stations and stations along the Island, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Tung Chung and Disneyland Resort lines and also online.
  
  
• Travel Pass with 2 Airport Express Single Journeys is only available at any Customer Service Centre of Airport Express stations, Kowloon Tong, Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui, Wanchai and Causeway Bay stations. The Pass can also be purchased online.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The ticket stores a HK$50 refundable deposit, and entitles either 1 or 2 designated ride(s) (as stipulated on the ticket) on the Airport Express of any distance going to or starting from Airport Station and 3 days of unlimited travel^# on the Island, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Tung Chung and Disneyland Resort lines. Interchange at Kowloon Tong, Mei Foo, Nam Cheong, Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui stations will be charged Octopus Card adult fares for journeys on the East Rail, Ma On Shan and West Rail lines.
   
   
2. Ticket is restricted to tourists who are non-Hong Kong residents and have stayed in Hong Kong for less than 14 days. A valid passport or similar valid proof of tourist status must be shown at the time of purchase.
   
   
3. Ticket is valid for 180 days from day of issue.
   
   
4. When using the ticket to travel on the network, the holder may at any time be required by MTR staff to produce for inspection of his/her valid passport or similar valid proof of tourist status.
   
   
5. Journey(s) on the Airport Express between Airport Station and AsiaWorld-Expo Station will not be counted as the designated ride(s) available for the use of this ticket, but normal fare will be charged in respect of such journey(s).
   
   
6. Malfunctioning ticket can be processed at any Customer Service Centre (except AsiaWorld-Expo Station).
   
   
7. The designated ride(s) on the Airport Express and the 3 days of unlimited travel^# on the Island, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Tung Chung and Disneyland Resort lines cannot be exchanged for cash.
   
   
8. The ticket can be retained as a souvenir or returned to any Airport Express Customer Service Centre for a refund of the deposit and any remaining value stored on the ticket^##. (Refund of the deposit is subject to the deduction of any negative value or payment for damage to the ticket).
   
   
9. If the remaining value stored on the ticket exceeds HK$500^##, the ticket will be returned to MTR headquarters for processing any refund. Customers may be required to bear the delivery cost.
   
   
10. Ticket usage is subject to By-laws and Conditions of Issue.
    
    
11. MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

^#The 3 days of unlimited travel on the Island, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Tung Chung and Disneyland Resort lines will begin with the first journey.

^##Value can be added to the ticket for travel on other major means of transport or use at vending machines or shops displaying the Octopus logo.
