Simply check-in and collect your boarding pass during the opening hours of check-in counter on the same day not later than 90 minutes before take-off. (If you use an Octopus Card to travel via the Airport Express, your full fare will be deducted at check-in rather than when you board the train).

Some airlines provide One Day Before check-in service. You may check-in up to one day prior to departure when flying with the following airlines:

• Aeroflot Russian Airlines (One Day before Check-in service is available after 02:00 pm)
• Air India (One day before Check-in service is available for Japan flights only)
• Air New Zealand
• Cathay Pacific Airways
• China Airlines
• Dragonair
• EVA Air
• Hong Kong Airlines
• Hong Kong Express
• Mandarin Airlines
