Human Resources Associate (HRA) will be provided with on-the-job training opportunities in human resources to facilitate dynamic exposure to different aspects including human resources services, manpower resourcing, compensation and benefits, staff relations and communication, leadership development, management training & development, staff motivation schemes, etc. HRA will also participate in various project-based assignments under the mentorship of senior managers. Customized development activities will be provided in the areas of personal effectiveness, people skills, work management skills and presentation skills.
We are looking for fresh or recent graduates who possess excellent academic achievements, high development potential, good analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
