Our Graduate Engineer (GE) Programme is a HKIE accredited Scheme 'A' Training programme leading to the gaining of Chartership. It is a comprehensive and forward looking programme which provides you with an excellent opportunity to gain all-round exposure in various engineering disciplines through hands-on experience with job attachments and on-the-job training. GE will be given project-based assignments under the guidance of senior managers as your supervisors and mentors. We are recruiting recent engineering graduates with excellent academic achievements, good analytical skills, excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), high development potential and dedication for a career in railway planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance. Based on academic background and interests, GE may specialise in one of the following disciplines:
