The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Programme provides a structured professional training under the supervision and guidance of senior managers who are experienced professional Quantity Surveyors as Counsellors under the Assessment of Professional Competence Scheme for admission to the Corporate Membership (QS Division) of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. The Programme is comprehensive, with particular emphasis on professionalism, objective-oriented, and market forward looking, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain experience in all facets of procurement and contract administration of operating railway lines as well as in the construction of new railway projects.

We are looking for fresh or recent QS graduates with excellent academic achievements, good analytical skills, excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), high development potential, dedication and aspiration for a professional career in the pre and post contract management of new and operating railways and associated civil engineering works.
