To become a MTR Club member, simply register on our website, mtr.com.hk, or at an eInstant Bonus Terminal located in designated MTR stations and MTR Shopping Centres*. A valid HKID Card and an Octopus Card are required for registration.

How To Check Your Bonus Point Balance
You can check your accumulated Bonus Points balance, expiry dates and gifts available for redemption at mtr.com.hk, the MTR Club Hotline at 2993 4375 or at any eInstant Bonus Terminal.
All participants in the Bonus Points Scheme are bound by MTR Club Rules and the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- From 18 August 2008 to 30 June 2009, MTR Club members can accumulate Bonus Points at the rate of $1 = 1 Bonus Point, based on the fare paid for each MTR, Airport Express, Light Rail and MTR Bus ride. If members pay fares at concessionary rates, their Bonus Points will be calculated based on the actual amount of the concessionary fare. Bonus Points with decimal places will be rounded up to the nearest 0.1 point.
- Members can also accumulate Bonus Points by purchasing an East Rail Line Monthly Pass or West Rail Line Monthly Pass. Bonus Points will be calculated based on the actual value of the monthly pass and the respective days the pass can be used during the promotion period.

* Registration for the MTR Club must be made at least 2 days before the above-mentioned dates. Members who purchase monthly passes and pay a premium for the First Class service on the East Rail Line will also earn Bonus Points for the premium portion of their fare.
- Under normal conditions, Bonus Points earned will be credited automatically into members' accounts 2 working days after riding on the MTR, Airport Express, Light Rail or MTR Bus. Bonus Points earned from using the East Rail Line Monthly Pass or West Rail Line Monthly Pass will be credited automatically to members' accounts 2 working days after the aforementioned passes are used.
- MTR Club members can check their accumulated Bonus Points and their expiry dates at mtr.com.hk, the MTR Club Hotline at 2993 4375 or at any eInstant Bonus Terminal.
- Members can use their Bonus Points to redeem various gifts from eInstant Bonus Terminals on or before the final date of the relevant redemption periods. Redemption details will be listed on redemption coupons issued by eInstant Bonus Terminals (Except for redemption of the Macau Leisure Package). MTR Club Members redeeming the Macau Leisure Package must follow designated procedures listed under the "New Wave of Exclusive Gifts" section of this leaflet.
- Bonus Points will be deducted from members' accounts once gifts have been redeemed.
- All accumulated Bonus Points must be redeemed on or before 31 July 2009. Any unused Bonus Points will be cancelled and deleted after this date.
- New members registering between 18 August 2008 and 30 June 2009 can accumulate Bonus Points upon confirmation of their registration. The confirmation process normally takes around 2 working days.
- In the event of disputes regarding the calculation of Bonus Points, the system records of the MTR Corporation Limited shall prevail and be binding for all MTR Club members.
- Bonus Points accrued to a member's account cannot be transferred or combined with any other account, even if such accounts belong to the same registered member.
- Once redeemed, gifts and redemption coupons cannot be refunded for Bonus Points or cash.
- MTR reserves the right to withdraw, change or add new redemption items from time to time without prior notice.
- MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to change the date when Bonus Points earned are transferred into MTR Club Members' accounts without prior notice.
- MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute and to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
