Customer Service Centres / Information Centres


Strategically located Customer Service Centres provide a wide range of information and assistance that can be found at MTR stations along the Kwun Tong Line, Tsuen Wan Line, Island Line, Tung Chung Line and Tseung Kwan O Line. Specific services on offer include the sale and value-adding of Octopus Cards, and the handling/replacement of malfunctioning tickets. These Customer Service Centres also collect excess fares and provide change for passengers purchasing tickets from vending machines.

The Ticketing Centres/Customer Service Centres at MTR stations on the East Rail Line, West Rail Line and Ma On Shan Line provide information and ticketing services such as the sale and value-adding of Octopus Cards, and the handling/replacement of malfunctioning tickets, etc. These Ticketing Centres also provide change for passengers purchasing tickets from vending machines. Those needing to pay excess fares or obtain assistance with malfunctioning tickets may also visit the Customer Service Centres at these stations.

Should you need advice or assistance on other ticketing matter such as purchasing a ticket or adding value to your Octopus Card, etc, please seek help from the Customer Service Centre at your relevant station.

The 7 Light Rail Customer Service Centres handle general enquiries, ticketing matters and souvenir sales.

To reach us on the telephone, you may call the MTR Hotline (852) 2881 8888 which is manned between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm on weekdays and between 8:30 am and 1:00 pm on Saturdays (Except public holidays). After office hours, customers can obtain general MTR service information via the Interactive Voice Recognition System.
