Managing your MTR Club account at eInstant Bonus Terminal

It’s so easy! Simply follow these steps, you can:

Register to MTR Club

1) Select "MTR Club"
2) Press "Registration"
3) Prepare information required as listed on the screen

4) Press

5) Wave Octopus Card over Octopus reader

6) Enter login name, email address, date of birth (MMDD e.g 31 January is 0131) and mobile number

7) Confirmation slip will be printed out when registration was successfully

 

Bonus Enquiry

1) Select "Bonus Enquiry"
2) Enter Login Name or Wave Octopus Card over Octopus reader

3) Press

4) Enter password

5) Press

6) Bonus points and date of expiry are shown

 

Update Information

1) Select "Information Update"
2) Enter Login Name or Wave Octopus Card over Octopus reader

3) Press

4) Enter password

5) Press

6) Press "Change" to update your information

7) For example, if you would like to update mobile number, press the last "change" button

8) Key in the new mobile number

9) Press "OK"

10) Press

11) New mobile number has been updated and is shown on the screen

 

Redeem Offers

1) Select "Redeem Offers"
2) Enter Login Name or Wave Octopus Card over Octopus reader

3) Press

4) Enter password

5) Press

6) Select offers available for redemption

7) If you would like to redeem gifts earned from the MTR Club Bonus Points Scheme, press "Bonus Points Scheme"

8) Eligible gifts are shown

9) Select gift to show details

10) Press "Redeem" to print the redemption coupon

 

Forget Password

1) Press "Forget Password" to retrieve your password
2) Prepare information required as listed on the screen

3) Press

4) Enter Octopus Card number

5) Press

6) Enter Login Name or Wave Octopus Card over Octopus reader

7) Press

8) The password will be send to registered email address

 

Input Bonus Points Card Code

1) Select "Input Bonus Points Card Code"
2) Enter Login Name or Wave Octopus Card over Octopus reader

3) Press

4) Enter password

5) Press

6) Enter Bonus Point Card Code

7) Press "OK"
