The Corporation installs noise barriers and enclosures along the rail lines to reduce noises resulting from train movements.

Noise barrier and enclosure projects completed over the years include those at Tai Wai of East Rail Line and Tung Chung, Tsing Yi, Olympics along Tung Chung Line.
