The Hong Kong Station Development, known as International Finance Centre, is a comprehensive commercial complex in the central business district of Hong Kong occupying a 5.71 hectare site and strategically located adjacent to the scenic Victoria Harbour. The Development comprises two sites: the Northern Site and the Southern Site which are connected by two air-conditioned retail walkways at podium level. The construction of the Southern Site was completed in 1998 with the opening of the office tower One International Finance Centre (One IFC), and the shopping area of IFC Mall. The construction of the shopping mall at the Northern Site was completed in early 2003 and the office tower, Two International Finance Centre (Two IFC) was completed in May 2003. The last phase consisting of a luxury hotel and serviced apartment suites managed by the hotel was completed in early 2005.
