Tsuen Wan West TW5 is comprised of Bay Side and City Side sites:
The Bay Side site is bounded by Tsuen Wan Road to its northeast and the proposed waterfront promenade to its southwest. It lies directly above the Tsuen Wan West (TWW) Station with access from Tai Ho Road and Tai Chung Road Roundabout and Hoi Hing Road.
The City Side site is bounded by Hoi Kwai Road to the northwest, by Tai Ho Road to the southeast and southwest.
