Payment Method:
A) If you'd like to collect the items in person
- View our extensive range of product categories.
- Once you've found what you want, click the product image.
- Key in the number of items you'd like to buy, then click the "Order" button.
- Close the "Paycart" window to continue shopping if you wish.
- When you have finished shopping, click the "Buy Now" button to confirm the order shown in your "PayDollar PayCart".
- Fill in your personal information and click the "Next" button.
- Check the payment details and click the "Confirm" button.
- Fill in your credit card information and click "Submit" to proceed with the payment.
- Upon completion of the transaction, we will send you an email "Order Confirmation" for collection shortly.
B) If you'd like to have the items delivered
- View our extensive range of product categories.
- Once you've decided what to order, email us at souvenir@mtr.com.hk to inquire about the modes of delivery available and the corresponding delivery charge [including postage fee* and a handling fee of $10 for the 1st item ordered and $5 for the following ordered item(s)]. We will try our best to answer your enquiries shortly.
- After we have confirmed, through email, the delivery mode, charge and other details with you, an email with a payment link will be sent to you.
- Click on the link to proceed with the payment.
- Upon completion of the transaction, we will send you an email "Order Confirmation" and dispatch the order within 10 working days.
* The postage fee is based on the charges of our appointed couriers.
Collection In Person
For the protection of your interest, please bring along and present the following documents to our MTR Travel at MTR Admiralty Station for the collection of your order and for identity verification. All ordered items have to be collected within 90 days from the "Order Date".
- Copy of your email "Order Confirmation"; and
- The exact credit card you used for placing the order for signature verification.
At the time of collecting your item(s), you will be required to sign an acknowledgement receipt. The signature you use must be the same as that shown on the credit card you used for placing the order. All the item(s) ordered have to be collected in one go. Partial collection is not allowed. If your order remains uncollected after 6 months from the mentioned date, we shall have the right to dispose of your order at our absolute discretion and you shall have no claims or rights in relation to this order for refund or whatsoever.
Delivery within Hong Kong
- We will dispatch the order made within 10 working days from the date the confirmation email is sent to you. The delivery charge will include the postage fee which is based on the charges of our appointed courier and a handling fee of $10 for the 1st item ordered and $5 for the following ordered item(s).
- Each order can be delivered to one location only.
- If your order cannot be successfully delivered, we will inform you by e-mail the date of collection at our MTR Travel at MTR Admiralty Station. At the time of collecting your item(s), please present your order confirmation email, and you will be required to sign an acknowledgement receipt. The signature you use must be the same as that shown on the credit card you used for placing the order. All the item(s) ordered have to be collected in one go. Partial collection is not allowed. If your order remains uncollected after 6 months from the mentioned date, we shall have the right to dispose of your order at our absolute discretion and you shall have no claims or rights in relation to this order for refund or whatsoever.
- Delivery cannot be arranged if only P.O. Box address is provided.
- Please sign the delivery note to acknowledge receipt of your order in good and intact condition.
Delivery outside Hong Kong

- We will dispatch the order made within 10 working days from the date the confirmation email is sent to you. The delivery charge will include the postage fee which is based on the charges of our appointed courier and a handling fee of $10 for the 1st item ordered and $5 for the following ordered item(s).
- Each order can be delivered to one location only.
- If your order cannot be successfully delivered and returned to us by your local postal provider, we will contact you by e-mail to arrange for a second delivery if you wish. Any additional delivery charges so caused will have to be borne by you.
- Delivery cannot be arranged if only P.O. Box address is provided.
- Please sign the delivery note to acknowledge receipt of your order in good and intact condition.
Refund / Replacement of Damaged Order
- If you find your order damaged upon delivery, please inform us by emailing to souvenir@mtr.com.hk within 3 days upon receipt of the order.
- To refund / replace goods that are damaged upon delivery, you are required to return the damaged goods and the related delivery note for our inspection.
- For Hong Kong buyers, you must visit our MTR Travel at MTR Admiralty Station in person with the damaged order and delivery note for refund/replacement. For overseas buyers, you must return the goods and a copy of the delivery note by air mail to Shop No.24, MTR Admiralty Station, Hong Kong. Only damaged orders that are returned within 28 days of receipt will be accepted.
- Goods will be replaced once only. We reserve the right to reject any request for refund or replacement upon inspection of the returned damaged good and the supporting documents.
General
- The submission of your order means you understand and have accepted our Online Shopping Policies. ¡@
- While we endeavour to reproduce the exact appearance and colours of our products on this site as the physical products, we do not provide guarantee on this. Changes to the photos and details of the products are possible without prior notice.
- All items are available while stock lasts. No prior notice will be given if any items are sold-out. We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If such case happens, we will attempt to notify you using the email provided when placing the order.
- We reserve the right to amend and revise our sales prices, delivery charges and Online Shopping Policies from time to time without prior notice.
- Your transactions with the MTR Website (mtr.com.hk) and MTR Club Website (mtrclub.com.hk) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). You agree to submit any dispute arising from or in connection with these transactions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- Late redemption will not be entertained.
- The MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
