Payment Method & Process


Payment Method:

All online payments must be settled by either VISA or MasterCard.

Process:

  1. View our extensive range of products and categories.
  2. Once you've found what you want, click the product image.
  3. Key in the number of items you'd like to buy, then click the "Order" button.
  4. Click the "Buy Now" button to confirm the order shown in your "PayDollar PayCart", then access your account, fill in your Personal Information and choose whether to collect your purchases in person or have them posted to you (postal deliveries will be subject to additional postage and packaging fees), then click the "Next" button.
  5. Check your order and click the "Confirm" button.
  6. Complete your credit card information and click "Submit" to process your payment.
  7. Shortly after completion of your transaction, we will send you an email "Order Confirmation" you can use when collecting your purchases.
  8. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation", simply print a copy of your "Order History" to present at time of collection. What's more, once signed into the site, you can also check the status of any order placed within the past 3 months in the "Order History" section.


Collection Periods and Methods

(A) Claiming purchases in-person

In order to safeguard your interests, please bring along and present the following documents for verification purposes when picking up your purchases from any one of our designated collection centres. All items purchased must be collected within 90 days of their "Order Date".

  1. Copy of your email "Order Confirmation" or "Order History";

  2. Original proof of identity documentation such as a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport; and

  3. The same credit card you used when placing your order for signature verification purposes.

When collecting your purchase(s), you will be required to sign an acknowledgement receipt. The signature you use must be the same as that shown on the credit card you used when originally placing the order. All purchase(s) ordered must be collected at the same time. Partial collections are not allowed.
