Operational governance is enacted through a series of robust management systems, which function under the process of clear ownership, transparency of actions, measurement and reporting.
At the enterprise level, risks affecting our operations and license to operate are managed through series of management systems, supervised by the Executive Directorate. Safety, conditional to our license to operate, is managed under the Corporate Safety Policy. The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system focuses on the identity and subsequent management of risks that directly affect our ability to do business. The ERM also forms the basis to the risk management component of our Sustainable Competitive Advantage model which governs our ability to deliver on our social, economic and environmental best practices.
