We seek to give our readers the tools for objectively evaluating our performance. We also recognise the need to report performance in the context of local, international and industry-based standards and guidelines, with particular reference to the social, environmental and economic impacts we create. When reporting we provide metrics in a year-on-year snapshot and, where relevant, in longer-term time frames to identify trends. This provides the basis for comparability and understanding of management strategy effectiveness.
