Property Management

The annual number of accidents for Property Management Department (PMD) has remained in a single-digit figure for the past 3 years. The accident rates are generally acceptable as many members of PMD frontline staff are required to carry out frequent maintenance, repair and management works in our managed properties. Adequate safety training has been provided with a view to maintaining a high level of safety awareness among all PMD staff so that they always endeavour to minimize the occurrence of accidents. Indeed, a majority of accidents that happened in the past 3 years were only minor cases in which the man-days lost were kept at low levels.
