Terms and Conditions:

  1. Passengers travelling together in designated groups can use an Airport Express Group Ticket for a single journey on the Airport Express from Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi stations to Airport Station or vice versa.
  2. Passengers can choose a Group of 2, Group of 3 or Group of 4 Single Journey Ticket Set, which comprise two, three or four tickets that entitle two, three or four passengers respectively travelling together on the Airport Express to or from Airport and the station specified (except AsiaWorld-Expo Station).
  3. Passengers using the designated Airport Express Group Ticket must travel together in a group, and they may be asked to present the tickets for inspection by MTR staff.
  4. Tickets are available at any Airport Express Customer Service Centre (except AsiaWorld-Expo Station) and are valid on the day of issue only.
  5. Tickets sold are not refundable.  Malfunctioning tickets can be processed at any Airport Express Customer Service Centre (except AsiaWorld-Expo Station).
  6. Ticket usage is subject to the By-laws and Conditions of Issue.
  7. MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
