iCentre

Along with a fast, reliable and convenient railway system, MTR is dedicated to providing you with a wider range of services to make your journey even more enjoyable. Since 2002, "iCentre" has been set up in seven MTR stations, allowing passengers to use free internet services and enjoy a relaxing "pit stop" between journeys. With seven more "iCentres" having been set up this month, passengers can send emails and surf the net for the hottest information, in 14 MTR stations across Hong Kong.

Lost Property

Should you lose anything when travelling on the MTR, please do not hesitate to contact the friendly, helpful staff at the Lost Property & Student Travel Scheme Office in Admiralty Station, or the Lost Property & Student Travel Scheme Office at Tai Wai Station and Siu Hong Station. All three offices are open from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily. Alternatively, feel free to call (852) 2861 0020 during office hours. If you find an item of lost property on the MTR, please leave it with the staff at the station where you disembark or change trains.
