AlipayHK 易乘碼分三種車票類別：成人車票（12至64歲人士，包括學生），小童車票（3-11歲的小童）及長者車票（65歲或以上的長者）。 乘客需於入閘前透過MTR Mobile車票二維碼、AlipayHK易乘碼、，雲閃付App港鐵乘車碼及騰訊乘車碼選定所需要購買的車票種類（成人或特惠）及等級 (普通或東鐵綫頭等)，入閘後將不能作出更改。 以香港以外城市發行的「全國交通一卡通」支付的車費與成人八達通票價相同，並以人民幣匯率兌換港幣結算，其他票價並不適用（如小童／長者／特惠等）。 *乘客若持有附八達通功能的「全國交通一卡通」則按一般八達通使用，包括享有相關車費優惠（如適用）及可在完成頭等確認後乘搭東鐵綫頭等。

乘客只須以同一張備有可用票值之八達通，在1小時內於香港站﹑九龍站或青衣站轉乘至機場快綫／任何港鐵站，包括羅湖及落馬洲站 (輕鐵﹑港鐵巴士及東鐵綫頭等除外)，並於轉乘期間八達通的交易記錄不超過9次，即可享免費港鐵接駁服務。 如乘客先乘搭港鐵再轉乘機場快綫，免費優惠則適用於較低車費之車程；如途經尖沙咀／尖東站轉綫，必須於30分鐘內完成。
