Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme

Mainland China and International Businesses is one of MTR’s three strategic pillars. We joined the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme launched by the HKSAR Government since 2021. To meet our business needs and to match individual profiles and aspirations, we offer career opportunities to university graduates to gain working experience in the Greater Bay Area.

We are looking for:

Hong Kong residents who have graduated from a recognised local or overseas university and hold a bachelor’s degree or above awarded in 2021 to 2023 with the following qualities:

• Enthusiasm to develop career in the Greater Bay Area
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Ready to station in Shenzhen for 18 months

Appointment will be made on 18-month contract terms. Interested candidates may apply online on or before 3 December 2023.
