Functional Professional Expertise – Railway Management Associate (RMA) Programme
The Railway Management Associate (RMA) Programme provides comprehensive training in railway operations and management through structured classroom and on-the-job experience. You will rotate through core frontline positions across station operations, train operations and operations control, working closely with frontline railway staff to ensure safe and efficient delivery of railway operations services, while also focusing on providing excellent customer service to the community. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors and managers, you will gain a thorough understanding of railway operations through active involvement in development activities and project-based assignments. The fast-track approach of the Programme will enable you to qualify for various operational disciplines, preparing you to become our future railway operation professionals.
We are looking for:
Final year students or recent graduates from all disciplines who possess the following qualities:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Keen interests in railway operations
- Dedication to delivering quality customer service
- Strong problem-solving, people, and risk management skills with a customer-centric and positive mindset
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Those with exposure to an operational, transport, and/or customer service environment will have an advantage.
