Appreciation of railway safety rules and railway systems
Virtual Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR) exercises
Workshop safety and practical training
Training on professional railway systems maintenance (including overhead line, signaling and telecom systems, permanent way, rolling stock and station equipment)
Rotational on-the-job training in relevant maintenance units
In-depth maintenance training in designated departments

Apart from technical know-how, Railway Technical Trainees can receive coaching and guidance from trainers and line mentors as well as polish soft skills through extra-curricular activities.
